In recent years, Timothy developed a strong interest in fintech practices and has assisted various start-up blockchain enthusiasts to conduct series financings, initial coin offerings and has assisted recognizable virtual asset exchange platforms and Esports
companies in their daily legal operations. Prior to joining TITUS, Timothy had the opportunity to serve in the legal department of a company listed in the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, where he has gained insightful experiences in understanding the practical needs of an organization from within, while balancing the competing commercial and legal interests throughout the deal making process. Previously, Timothy has dealt with initial public offering applications to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the respective post-listing compliance works. Timothy’s practice extends to other areas of the law including intellectual property, employment and outbound investment migration matters.
