    The application fee is HK$2,000, but there could be an additional HK$1,000 charged for an additional class of goods or services.

  • Is a Hong Kong trademark valid in mainland China?

    No. A trademark in Hong Kong doesn’t hold any legality in mainland China per se.

  • How long does it take for trademark registration to be processed?

    If there are no problems with the application, the Registrar will usually take a minimum of six months to approve the application.
