Brian Lee

Brian is an Associate at TITUS. He actively assists in non-contentious areas of Corporate & Commercial and has assisted in various commercial transactions including equity and debt financings, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general commercial arrangements.

Brian has also found strong interest in the area of Blockchain & Digital Assets and has been involved in the industry since the early boom of digital assets in the market. Subsequently, he has leveraged his knowledge and experience in Blockchain & Digital Assets in his legal practice and is highly involved in the firm’s practice in this sector.

Brian actively assists in advising businesses in the Blockchain & Digital Assets industry including token issuers, cryptocurrency lending platforms, venture capitals (VCs), licensed cryptocurrency trusts and custodians as well as ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWs) in the industry under the rapidly developing legal and regulatory landscape in the jurisdiction. He also assists clients against institutional counter-parties in the Blockchain & Digital Assets industry such as cryptocurrency exchanges on a regular basis.

Prior to joining TITUS, Brian has worked in the corporate department at the Hong Kong office of a leading US international firm.

Brian is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
