TITUS Solicitors was named a finalist in two categories at the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2026: Labour and Employment Law Firm of the Year, and Rising Law Firm of the Year. The awards are run by Asian Legal Business, the Thomson Reuters legal title, and this year was their 25th edition. Winners were announced at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong on 11 September 2026.
The employment nomination means the most to us, because it recognises work clients rarely talk about. Most of our employment matters never reach a courtroom. They are a termination that has to be handled properly the first time, a senior hire whose bonus terms and restrictive covenants need to hold up, a Labour Tribunal claim that is better settled early, or an Equal Opportunities Commission complaint an employer has to answer carefully. We act for both employers and employees, including startups and fintech businesses whose teams, equity incentives and cross-border staff don’t fit neatly into template contracts.
The Rising Law Firm shortlist reflects how the firm has grown. Clients increasingly bring us the whole problem: company and commercial work, disputes, investment funds, employment, and private client matters such as wills and family law, handled by one team in Admiralty.
