William Wong is a Consultant at TITUS.

William is a seasoned Hong Kong solicitor with over 15 years of legal practice. He specialises in civil litigation and commercial dispute resolution, matrimonial and family law, and general commercial advisory work for both private individuals and corporate clients.

William has acted across a wide range of contentious matters in the Hong Kong courts and in arbitration, including investment fraud cases involving listed companies with claims exceeding HK$130 million, shareholder disputes, intellectual property infringement matters, defamation and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance cases, and recovery and restructuring matters for state-owned enterprises and private companies.

In matrimonial and family law, William represents high-net-worth clients in highly contested custody and ancillary relief proceedings, and advises on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

Beyond contentious work, William advises private individuals and corporate clients on business cooperation and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, leasing matters, and employment affairs. He has acted as legal advisor to family offices, and has undertaken pro bono advisory work for human rights organisations and non-governmental organisations.
