Carmen Sit is a Consultant at TITUS.

Carmen is a Hong Kong solicitor with extensive experience in corporate and capital markets work. She specialises in initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (both Main Board and GEM Board), regulatory compliance for listed companies, and mergers and acquisitions.

Carmen has advised on a broad range of corporate transactions including IPO projects, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and internal governance matters. She has deep technical knowledge of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Securities and Futures Ordinance, and the Companies Ordinance, advising companies on their compliance and governance obligations both pre- and post-listing.

In addition to her listed company work, Carmen advises on general corporate and commercial matters, company law, and commercial transactions for private companies and institutional clients across a range of sectors.

Carmen also holds the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification of the People’s Republic of China, enabling her to advise clients with Mainland China operations and cross-border interests.

Carmen is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
