Frederick practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters.

Frederick assists clients in various corporate transactions including equity financings, investment and shareholder agreements, and fund formations. He also provides support on a wide spectrum of legal matters tailored to clients’ business operations, from drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, offering strategic guidance on business transactions, and advising on industry regulations and general compliance.

Frederick has also developed proficiency in advising clients from the fintech and digital assets industry. He assists clients with legal issues related to blockchain technology, payment systems and digital asset transactions. Since joining the firm, he has gained experience in advising matters involving cryptocurrency purchase agreements, simple agreements for future tokens (SAFTs), and token issuance as well as attestation. In his role, Frederick also advises clients on compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including cross-border licensing, anti-money laundering regulations, and issues related to securities law.

Prior to joining TITUS, Frederick has worked as a legal assistant to US Capital Markets team of an international law firm in Hong Kong, where he assisted clients on various SPAC and bond offerings respectively.

Frederick is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
