Matthew Yeung
Matthew is an associate at TITUS and was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2024.
Matthew’s practice mainly covers corporate and commercial matters, investment funds and regulatory compliance. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’ matters, corporate governance and general commercial transactions, and has experience supporting both private and Hong Kong listed companies on compliance and regulatory issues under Hong Kong law. He also advises clients on the establishment and ongoing operation of investment fund structures, including OFCs and LPFs.
In addition, Matthew handles wills and probate matters and advises on family and private trust arrangements for asset planning and succession purposes.
Matthew has an interest in financial technology and digital assets, and supports the firm’s work relating to emerging regulatory and legal issues in fintech and crypto-related businesses.
Matthew obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. (Hon.)) from Durham University and later achieved his Master of Laws (LL.M. (Distinction)) at the University of New South Wales, before completing his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at the City University of Hong Kong.
Matthew is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
