Leveraging experience in Corporate & Commercial matters, Jacqueline focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Apart from advising on investment structuring, she works closely with U.S.-based deal teams, representing both sellers and purchasers in diverse industries such as precious metals and collectible coins, food & beverage, and renewable energy across global markets.

Jacqueline’s legal practice encompasses the entire business lifecycle. In addition to handling corporate documentation for capital raising like Series A funding, she advises on joint ventures and private equity, guiding clients through divestments and acquisitions involving family offices. Her work also includes performing due diligence on material contracts, reconciling stakeholders’ interests, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Jacqueline’s experience covers a wide range of commercial arrangements, including but not limited to SaaS, time vesting, convertible loan, intellectual property, sale and purchase, supply and distribution, share subscription and shareholders’ agreements. Furthermore, she manages both local and international contentious matters, particularly on corporate law.
