Catherine Wang
Catherine is an Associate at TITUS.
Catherine’s practice includes multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution, employment law and family law.
She guides domestic and multinational corporations across industries as well as high net worth individuals on dispute resolution cases including debt recovery, breach of contract and shareholder disputes. She has advised on all stages of the dispute resolution process, including pre-action correspondence, pleadings, interlocutory applications and settlement.
Catherine also advises employers and employees through various aspects of employment law, including reviewing employment contracts, advising on Labour Tribunal claims, negotiating separation agreements and termination provisions, and advising on harassment, discrimination and non-compete restrictions.
Catherine also has experience in assisting clients in family matters, including prenuptial agreements and divorce cases.
Prior to joining TITUS, Catherine worked in a UK international law firm in the commercial litigation, employment law and regulatory departments, including a half-year secondment to Shanghai.
Catherine is a dual qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and in England and Wales. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from King’s College London.
Catherine is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
