Simon is a Senior Associate at TITUS, practising both the laws of Hong Kong and England and Wales.

Simon qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in June 2018 prior to relocating to and qualifying as a solicitor of Hong Kong SAR.

Having amassed over twelve years of experience working in law firms in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, Simon brings wealth of multi-jurisdictional knowledge and experience to his clients that enables him to assist clients on their cross-border business interests, financial transactions and business development needs.

Simon’s practice focuses on corporate acquisitions and disposals, cross-border investments, direct investments, structured fund-raising, commercial debt financing for both public and private companies, corporate reorganisations and general corporate and banking and finance transactions including but not limited to: equity and debt financing, joint ventures, management buyouts, corporate restructurings and shareholders’ agreements, as well as a wide variety of offshore corporate transactions.

Simon’s pragmatic approach and thorough understanding of the legal landscape enable him to provide strategic counsel to a diverse range of clients and his approach has seen him lead, execute and complete corporate acquisitions and disposals for companies based in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, China, Europe, the Middle-East and the Asia Pacific region in consumer products, medical, construction, energy, real-estate, industrial, precious metals, technology, food and beverages, aviation and financial sectors.

Simon also advises clients on businesses in the fintech, blockchain & digital assets industry including token issuers, venture capitals, licensed cryptocurrency trusts and custodians.
