Haky Moon is a Consultant at TITUS.

Haky (Ha Kyung) Moon is a Hong Kong solicitor specialising in civil and commercial litigation, international arbitration, private client matters, and Lands Tribunal disputes. She acts for both businesses and individuals across contentious and advisory work, and leads the TITUS Korea desk — advising Korean start-ups establishing and scaling in Hong Kong and acting for overseas-Korean clients.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Haky built a career in communications and media, working in public relations and crisis communication and as a legal and business journalist covering the Asia-Pacific region. That background gives her a sharp, practical sense of how to manage risk, reputation and complex commercial matters under pressure.

She advises private clients on matrimonial, probate, wills and enduring powers of attorney, and handles Lands Tribunal disputes including damages, reinstatement and recovery of possession. She also assists overseas-Korean clients with Hong Kong criminal matters and supports Korean founders navigating the city’s legal and regulatory environment.

Haky is fluent in Korean, English and Mandarin.
