id=\"how-hong-kong-got-here\">\u9999\u6e2f\u662f\u600e\u6a23\u8d70\u5230\u4eca\u5929\u9019\u4e00\u6b65<\/h2>\n<p>\u5f88\u9577\u4e00\u6bb5\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u5047\u8a2d\u90fd\u662f\uff1a\u4f60\u4e0d\u80fd\u7c3d\u5b57\u653e\u68c4\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u96e2\u5a5a\u6642\u5206\u914d\u4f60\u8ca1\u52d9\u7684\u6b0a\u529b\u3002\u9019\u500b\u53d6\u614b\u51fa\u73fe\u8f49\u8b8a\uff0c\u662f\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u7d42\u5be9\u6cd5\u9662\u63a1\u7d0d\u4e86\u82f1\u570b\u6b0a\u5a01\u6848\u4f8b Radmacher v Granatino \u7684\u63a8\u8ad6\u4e4b\u5f8c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u6b64\u5f97\u51fa\u7684\u539f\u5247\u662f\uff1a\u53ea\u8981\u4e00\u4efd\u5a5a\u59fb\u5354\u8b70\u662f\u96d9\u65b9\u81ea\u9858\u8a02\u7acb\u3001\u4e26\u4e14\u5145\u5206\u7406\u89e3\u5176\u5f8c\u679c\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4fbf\u61c9\u4e88\u4ee5\u843d\u5be6\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u6309\u7576\u6642\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u96d9\u65b9\u53d7\u5176\u7d04\u675f\u4e26\u4e0d\u516c\u9053\u3002\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c\u9019\u4efd\u5354\u8b70\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u6709\u529b\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\uff1b\u4f46\u6cd5\u9662\u4fdd\u7559\u4e00\u9053\u9632\u7dda\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u51fa\u73fe\u4e0d\u516c\u9053\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-makes-a-prenup-stand-up\">\u751a\u9ebc\u4ee4\u4e00\u4efd\u5a5a\u524d\u5354\u8b70\u7ad9\u5f97\u4f4f\u8173<\/h2>\n<p>\u505a\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u5de5\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u56db\u6a23\u6771\u897f\u3002\u4f60\u7684\u5354\u8b70\u56db\u6a23\u9f4a\u5099\uff0c\u5c31\u8655\u65bc\u7a69\u56fa\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u7f3a\u4e86\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u90a3\u6b63\u662f\u5c0d\u65b9\u6703\u4e0b\u624b\u653b\u64ca\u4e4b\u8655\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e00\uff0c\u96d9\u65b9\u90fd\u662f\u81ea\u9858\u8a02\u7acb\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u53d7\u5230\u58d3\u529b\u3002\u5728\u5a01\u903c\u4e0b\u7c3d\u7f72\u3001\u6216\u5728\u5a5a\u79ae\u524d\u5e7e\u5929\u624d\u7a81\u7136\u62ff\u51fa\u4f86\u8981\u4eba\u7c3d\u7684\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u90fd\u5f88\u8106\u5f31\u3002\u8981\u7d66\u5b83\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u7d66\u5b83\u5598\u606f\u7684\u7a7a\u9593\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e8c\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u800c\u8aa0\u5be6\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u62ab\u9732\u3002\u96d9\u65b9\u90fd\u8981\u77e5\u9053\u5c0d\u65b9\u5be6\u969b\u64c1\u6709\u751a\u9ebc\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u6839\u672c\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u684c\u9762\u4e0a\u6709\u751a\u9ebc\uff0c\u5c31\u7121\u5f9e\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e00\u500b\u77e5\u60c5\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\u53bb\u653e\u68c4\u751a\u9ebc\uff1b\u4e00\u4efd\u5efa\u57fa\u65bc\u96b1\u779e\u8cc7\u7522\u8ca0\u50b5\u7684\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4e0d\u6703\u57f7\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e09\uff0c\u7368\u7acb\u6cd5\u5f8b\u610f\u898b\u3002\u96d9\u65b9\u5404\u81ea\u90fd\u61c9\u8a72\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5f8b\u5e2b\uff0c\u5206\u958b\u8655\u7406\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u662f\u884c\u79ae\u5982\u5100\u3001\u4ea4\u5dee\u4e86\u4e8b\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6700\u6e05\u695a\u7684\u8b49\u64da\uff0c\u8b49\u660e\u4f60\u5011\u96d9\u65b9\u90fd\u660e\u767d\u81ea\u5df1\u5728\u540c\u610f\u751a\u9ebc\u3001\u5728\u653e\u68c4\u751a\u9ebc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7b2c\u56db\uff0c\u6e05\u695a\u7406\u89e3\u5176\u5f8c\u679c\uff0c\u800c\u7d50\u679c\u53c8\u4e0d\u662f\u4e0d\u516c\u9053\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u4e00\u4efd\u57f7\u884c\u5f97\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7121\u7455\u7684\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u82e5\u5f37\u52a0\u57f7\u884c\u6703\u4ee4\u4e00\u65b9\u9677\u5165\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u56f0\u5883\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u7121\u8996\u4e86\u5f8c\u4f86\u51fa\u751f\u7684\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u4f5c\u5ee2\u3002\u6cd5\u9662\u4e0d\u6703\u5bb9\u8a31\u4e00\u4efd\u5a5a\u524d\u5354\u8b70\u9020\u6210\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u82e6\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n<h2
