Hans-Peter Alphart graduated from the University of Salzburg (Austria) with a Magister Juris degree and furthered his studies with the Chinese University of Hong Kong where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree. He then completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL). During his studies, Peter worked as a research assistant at the Chinese University of Hong Kong for Professor David C. Donald where he researched on corporate law and securities law enforcement. Due to his outstanding academic performance, he has been awarded with the Juris Doctor Bronze Scholarship for Academic Merit as well as the Joint Study Scholarship. In September 2020, Peter finished his training and is currently awaiting his admission as a Hong Kong solicitor.
Prior to joining TITUS, Peter worked as a trainee and associate (Rechtsanwaltsanwärter) for two leading commercial law firms in Austria, where he gained extensive experience in Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets (Equity). He assisted multinational corporations in legal matters including private and public M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate advisory, takeover and regulatory. Peter also worked as a junior analyst for a consulting firm in Mainland China, where he assisted Chinese and European corporations in legal and financial matters including commercial transactions and financial analysis.
At TITUS, Peter assists in legal matters with a focus on Corporate/M&A and Investment Funds.
