Jonathan Tsang
Jonathan is an Associate at TITUS. Throughout his practice and higher education, Jonathan has developed a respectable expertise in the practice areas of corporate finance and merges & acquisitions, with considerable experience in representing either side of a transaction. His passion and wealth of knowledge in all things blockchain & fintech further, and immensely, complement his corporate practice.
In furtherance of his interest in capital markets, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and blockchain & fintech, Jonathan undertook a Master of Laws (International Banking and Finance Law) at University College London, and graduated with Distinction. In particular, he obtained an Outstanding Distinction for his Research Essay which critically analysed the proposed regulation of Tether (USDT) under the regulation on Markets in Crypto-assets (MiCA) currently in discussion in the European Union.
